Do you ship worldwide?
✅ Yes! We proudly offer worldwide shipping on all our physical products and tools.
💻 Digital products and courses are delivered instantly via email right after your purchase — no waiting required.
When will I receive my course or digital product?
Immediately after your purchase is completed, you’ll receive an automatic email with your download links or course access.
If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact support@fanerepairs.com and we’ll resend it right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, any change or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
After 12 hours, the order will already be in process and cannot be modified.
If needed, you can still return your order once received for a full refund.
⚠️ Note: Due to the nature of digital products (courses, PDFs, and downloads), all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the download link or access email has been sent.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including:

When will my physical order be processed?
All physical product orders are handled and shipped from our warehouses between Monday–Friday.
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping starts the next day after processing.
⏳ Please allow extra time during holidays or sale periods.
How long will it take to receive my physical order?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you select.
Because of high demand, some orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your digital product doesn’t arrive instantly or your physical order hasn’t arrived, please contact us at support@fanerepairs.com and we’ll help you track or resend it as soon as possible.
Where do you ship from?
Depending on inventory and availability, we currently ship from China and Finland.
We are also expanding distribution to a warehouse in the USA soon to speed up delivery times.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?

🇪🇺 EU Customers: We use the IOSS system, so VAT is prepaid — no extra customs fees.

🇺🇸🇨🇦🇦🇺 USA, Canada, Australia: Generally, no import taxes or customs duties are charged.

🌍 Other Countries: Import duties or customs fees may apply depending on local regulations.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
How do I return an item?
Simply email us at support@fanerepairs.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
⚠️ Digital products (courses, PDFs, or downloads) are not eligible for return or refund after delivery.
What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us right away at support@fanerepairs.com and include:

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
