1. Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital courses delivered online.
Because access is granted immediately after purchase, digital products cannot be physically returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be offered only in the following cases:

• You were charged but did not receive course access
• A technical issue on our side prevented access and could not be resolved
• Duplicate purchases of the same product (accidental double payments)

Refunds are not offered for:

• Change of mind
• Not using or completing the course
• Lack of required tools or equipment
• Results that vary based on your skill, device condition, or repair attempts
• Sharing or attempting to share course access
• Situations in which access to the course was already delivered and used

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions above, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. Non-Transferable Access

Course access is personal and cannot be transferred, resold, or shared.
Refunds are not granted for accounts suspended due to policy violations.
